As part of UT Southwestern Medical Center’s master plan for the North Campus development, the 450,000 SF Brain Institute & Cancer Center will support research, training, and clinical services related to the brain and cancer. The $450M facility will address these growing and high-profile programs by integrating clinical care, clinical and translational research space, and academic offices. The project also includes an adjacent 1,200-space parking garage. The 4b scope includes design and construction administration of the IT, A/V, Security and Nurse Call systems and campus infrastructure relocation.
