The INEOS project will consist of two Administration buildings in two locations totaling approximately 140,000 SF. Both buildings will contain Administrative Space for adjacent manufacturing Plants; Lobby, reception Area, Large/Medium and Small Conference Rooms, Huddle Rooms and Work Stations. 4b Technology Group’s scope involves the design for technology infrastructure, Audio-Visual and Security consulting and design services. Anticipated Construction completion: Design 2018, Construction 2019
