The Academic Center will be new construction of a concrete and brick structure on land in or around the City of Tyler. The facility includes classrooms, videoconference rooms, teaching labs, research labs, examination rooms, procedure rooms, telemedicine room, diagnostic and testing areas, staff and department offices, work stations, record and supply storage rooms and support areas for building operations and electrical / mechanical equipment. The 4b scope includes design and construction administration of the IT, A/V and security systems and infrastructure for the facility.
