The project involves replacement of an office-warehouse building to house the university’s nurse education program. The completed building will provide class and laboratory space for 400 students, 50 faculty and 4 administrative staff offices. The 4b scope includes design and construction administration of the IT, A/V and security systems and infrastructure for the facility. Special design services were performed for Medical Simulation Labs.
