4b Technology Group provided design services for the University of Houston's new Calhoun Lofts project. The project included two parallel data systems; a University-provided system for wireless and administrative areas and a fiber optic-driven vendor system for all residential voice, data and IP television. The project consists of a residence hall for graduate and professional students which includes retail spaces, administrative spaces, recreation facilities and 1,000-bed, loft apartments.
