Under budget

Cost control is addressed by initially working with the Owner to establish a budget at the project onset against which technology cost estimates completed at various stages of development can be compared. The initial cost control check is done at the schematic design phase when the first of a series of estimates is completed. Each development phase incorporates a cost confirmation exercise providing the team with crucial information that guides the further development of the technology design.

Because we review, discuss, understand, establish cost budgets and then develop the program using end user standards as our design tools, we are able to create a winning team that works together for the success of the project. We incorporate client requirements into a clearly defined scope of work that evolves into a comprehensive set of construction documents. In order to ensure the success of the project, we closely monitor the construction phase of the project to help control Technology-related change orders, missed deadlines, poor installations and budget overruns.
